The site loads no third-party resources, uses no Google Analytics or similar service, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and stores nothing in your device's local storage.
2. Why there is no consent banner
Under Article 4a(4)(2) of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act, the prior consent requirement does not apply where storing information is necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the recipient.
The NEXT_LOCALE cookie is set only when you choose a language, and exists solely to show the site in that language. It is session-scoped, contains no identifier and is not used for tracking. It therefore falls within the exemption and needs no consent banner.
If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this exemption no longer applies. A banner with granular choice and refusal would then be introduced, and this page updated before those tools go live.
3. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking NEXT_LOCALE will not stop the site working — the language simply will not be remembered between pages.
