Terms and Conditions

The information below is published under Article 4(1) of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act (ЗЕТ).

Article 4(1), points 5–7 ЗЕТ requires public register details, the supervising authority and — for a regulated profession — the professional chamber and title. These must be completed before the site operates commercially.

Kinesitherapy and rehabilitation delivered by home visit across Sofia. A session includes assessment, treatment and instructions for work between sessions.

• Short session — 20 minutes
• Standard session — 60 minutes
• Extended session — 90 minutes

This is not emergency medical care. For acute conditions, injury, or severe or sudden pain, contact a doctor or call 112.

Prices are published in the Pricing section. Under Article 4(2) ЗЕТ the prices shown are the final price to the client and include all applicable taxes and charges. Travel within Sofia is included.

Payment method: cash / bank transfer / card. Payment is made at the visit / in advance.

A booking request made through the site is an offer from you. The contract is formed when we confirm it explicitly by email. Until confirmation, the requested slot is not held.

Before the first visit you receive a link to an intake form. Completing it is a condition of carrying out the therapy safely.

• Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead: no charge.
• Cancelling within 24 hours, or not being present: fee or no fee — to be decided.
• If the therapist cancels or is delayed, the session is rescheduled at no cost to you.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП), without giving a reason.

Under Article 57(1) ЗЗП that right is lost where the service has been fully performed within the period with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right once performance is complete. You give that consent when booking.

Regardless of the above, the free-cancellation policy in section 5 applies, which is more favourable to you.

The therapist may decline or stop therapy if the condition requires medical assessment, if clearance is missing for a cardiac condition, or if proceeding would be unsafe.

We are liable for damage caused culpably in providing the service, in accordance with Bulgarian law. We are not liable for consequences of incomplete or inaccurate information about your health that you provide.

Complaints go to hello@kinetiktherapy.com and are answered within 14 days.

As a consumer you may refer the matter to the Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC), 1 Vrabcha St, Sofia 1000, kzp.bg, and use its conciliation commissions.

These terms may change; the current version and its date appear on this page. The version in force at the time of your request applies to that request.

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are heard by the competent Bulgarian court, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule provides otherwise.
